1. The organization of container transports.

(1.1) The individual shipment comprises 5 packages of approximately 20 kg, totaling 100 kg including packaging. (100 kg must not be exceeded). Due to container capacity, all packages must not exceed a circumference of 90 cm . This means that the longest and shortest sides together must not exceed 90 cm.
(1.2) The shipments may only contain items for personal, non-commercial use. Current legislation in Cuba stipulates that food, hygiene products, disinfectants, baby food and clothing, in non-commercial quantities, can be imported duty-free for personal use only. You will receive a detailed list of the possible products after booking your transport.
In addition to your 5 packages, you can also send us another package of medication directly (free of charge) if required! This will be added to your shipment in Cuba. (See description after booking your transport)
(1.3) Anyone who knows Cuba and the special local conditions should know that things can get very complicated. For this reason, we must point out at this point that in the event of commercial misuse (e.g. the dispatch of 400 tubes of toothpaste, 200 nail polishes, cell phones and electrical items / just as an example), you can assume that the shipment will almost certainly be confiscated by customs and never reach the recipient. Reimbursement of costs is excluded in the event of misuse. Furthermore, you would be blocked from further transport by us. We try to avoid disappointing the trust of the local authorities through proper processing, with a view to further transports. We do this in order to make the lives of our families and friends a little better in the future.
(1.4) If you are interested in a transport, you will receive a precise description of the process and the declaration of the goods, in particular medication (Drugs Act). Furthermore, a list of possible products and urgently required goods.
(1.5) The current cost for transporting 100 kg from the shipping warehouse in Germany to the recipient's door in Cuba (or collection point at the recipient's place of residence) is €243.90. Should this change due to unforeseeable circumstances, you will be informed immediately, and your transport order will no longer be binding.
