Due to being fully booked, we closed our January transport schedule on December 13, 2024, at 12:15 AM. Because of high demand, we have decided to ship another container for January. However, this will only happen if we receive sufficient transport requests by January 10, 2025! (This cannot be guaranteed!) If this is not the case, all further transport orders will be scheduled for the end of February 2025. The container transport is currently planned for February 25, 2025 (confirmation from the shipping company is still pending). For all transport orders received after this date, the end of February will generally be the shipping date.

If you submitted a shipping order to us between 0:15 on December 13, 2024, and the date this information was provided, you naturally have the right to cancel it. A brief message via email or our contact form, including your name and email address, is sufficient. If you have already made a payment, we will, of course, refund it immediately upon cancellation!
If we do not receive a cancellation notice by December 21, 2024, please accept that your shipment may not be dispatched until the end of February 2025.

Of course, all participants who booked within this period will be informed personally!
